SBI Fellows The Small Business Institute® recognizes members whose accomplishments are particularly noteworthy as Fellows. This is the highest honor that the Small Business Institute ® provides to its members. In order to become a Fellow of SBI, an individual must be nominated and selected by the current members who are SBI Fellows. Nominations are solicited in the fall and voting occurs by December 1. The selection process is handled by a current Fellow. Up to two individuals may be named a Fellow of SBI each year, and there does not have to be a winner if nominations are not worthy of the honor.
